Our goal is to provide you a Quality and affordable service. We offer service for Necta range coffee machines: Colibri C3, C4 & C5 and Brio250. All quotes excludes parts, travel and GST.

Our Call out rate: $30.00 +GST per 30 min (minimum charge 30 min, excludes travel time & parts)
Km's charged at 0.69c +GST/km

Purchase enough product from us and register your interest for a *Maintenance Contract and we wil discount your service charge by 30%, excluding km charge and parts. (* Hamilton only). Lease machine Customers pay nothing for service!

- Back to base servicing (machine delivered to our workshop) $30 half hr (or)
- Diagnosis and complete check to report what needs doing $45.00 +GST
- Vibration Pump / flow meter (Volumetric Counter) replace $25 +GST
- Brew unit service $39 +GST
- Compete Boiler refurbish $265 +GST (excluding parts like element, new armature tubes & plungers, temperature probe, o-rings and coils (if required), descaling solution etc.). Please enquire for full boiler service
